Greater Elgin Family Care Center is committed to providing all people quality, affordable health and dental care. Each quarter, we ask our patients to complete a quick Patient Satisfaction Survey to provides us feedback. These surveys are used to help us improve how we better serve you! Your experience is important to us. GEFCC completes patient satisfaction surveys at all its Health Centers every quarter. Our benchmark for patient satisfaction is 75%.
