Patient Satisfaction

Our patients are at the center of everything that we do and for that reason we are continuously assessing our patient’s satisfaction with our services and staff.

We assess patient satisfaction levels four times a year through the quarterly Patient Satisfaction Survey.

These surveys are used to help us improve how we serve you. We have been collecting Patient Satisfaction Surveys since 2005 and our overall patient satisfaction score has never gone lower than 93%.
