Oral health is important at all stages of life; however continued oral health care routines during the teen years can reinforce good habits for future years.
Cavities are not just for little kids, they can occur at all ages.
Make sure your teen remembers:
- Brush twice a day for two minutes
- Floss once per day
- Visit the dentist for regular dental visits
- Don’t smoke!
- Reduce or avoid sugary and starchy snacks
