Welcoming a new addition to your family can be overwhelming and we are here to help. Taking care of your body is very important to your baby’s health. Make sure when you find out you are pregnant, to call and make an appointment with one of our OB/Gyn Providers for your first prenatal care visit. Proper diet, prenatal vitamins and avoidance of alcohol, prescription drugs, drugs and smoking is critical.
